After placing order for a file, email png file or downloadable link to thebusinessoutletmail@gmail.com and reference your order number and name. Turnaround time will begin once file is approved. If you have any questions, please email us.
File Requirements:
• 300 dpi as PNG format with trimmed transparent area to fit within size ordered
What You Need To Know:
• File is printed AS-IS
• Once file is approved, turnaround time is 3 days to ship
Heat Press Setting:
• 310-320ºF, 10-15 seconds, medium / high pressure, warm / hot peel after 2-3 seconds
• If your design has tiny parts, we recommend using a silicon or teflon sheet. Cold peel recommended.
